When someone sends 🤚 in a Snap, it's usually a quick reaction or mood-setter — the visual nature of Snaps makes emojis a primary communication tool.
In Snap's chat feature, 🤚 functions similarly to texting — expressing back of the hand raised — a non-verbal stop, or just showing off the hand. quickly without needing to type it all out.
