When someone sends ✂️ in a Snap, it's usually a quick reaction or mood-setter — the visual nature of Snaps makes emojis a primary communication tool.
In Snap's chat feature, ✂️ functions similarly to texting — expressing a pair of scissors — cutting things, crafting, and the snip heard 'round the workplace. quickly without needing to type it all out.
